Lisle, IL students, athletes and new hires can get school, sports, camp and non-DOT employment physicals at Urgent Care Center of Westmont, about 5.1 miles east in Westmont, IL. Lisle CUSD 202 wants proof of the kindergarten, sixth and ninth grade physicals by October 15, so plan your visit early.
Lisle CUSD 202 asks for a physical within the calendar year before kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade, and says students without proof by October 15 are excluded until it is provided.
Dental exams (kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th) and eye exams (kindergarten and new Illinois students) are separate from the physical.
The Village of Lisle says its I-88 Corporate Corridor is home to many of DuPage County's largest employers; all our job physicals are non-DOT.

Calendar year or one year? Reading the timing rule
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) says the kindergarten or first-grade exam must be done within one year before school entry, and it lists sixth grade, ninth grade, preschool and any new school as other required times. Lisle CUSD 202 phrases its rule as a physical within the calendar year before kindergarten, 6th and 9th grade.
When the state and your district word a rule differently, follow your district's wording. A summer physical in the same year your child starts kindergarten, 6th or 9th grade meets both.
Both use the IDPH Certificate of Child Health Examination. IDPH's 2026 to 2027 vaccine rules add one dose of Tdap for students entering sixth grade and meningococcal vaccine for grades 6 through 12, so bring the vaccine record to the visit. Some vaccines may be available here; call (630) 324-6825 to confirm.

Lisle is home to Benedictine University. College students 18 and older can check in on their own with a photo ID and the form they need signed, whether it is for a club team, a campus job or a summer camp job.
For younger athletes, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) suggests a sports physical at least 6 to 8 weeks before the season. The CUSD 202 health page does not list sports physical rules, so ask your school's athletic office which form it uses. About 21% of Lisle, IL residents are under 18, and our sports physicals are walk-in, seven days a week. The AAP prefers that your pediatrician do the exam when possible, so share our results with them.

What happens if a Lisle CUSD 202 student misses the October 15 physical deadline?
The district's health page says a student who has not met the physical requirement by October 15 is excluded until a physician or parent provides proof. Plan the exam early in the summer so there is time for any shots or follow-up the clinician recommends.
Does the school physical cover the dental and eye exams Lisle CUSD 202 asks for?
No. The vision check at a physical does not replace an eye exam by an eye doctor, and the dental exam must be done by a dentist. CUSD 202 lists separate deadlines: before May 15 for dental and October 15 for eye exams. Book those visits on their own.
How should a Lisle, IL new hire get ready for a non-DOT job physical?
Bring the employer's form, a photo ID and a list of your medicines. Wear clothes that let you move easily, and bring glasses or contacts for the vision check. If a drug screen is part of the offer, tell us about any prescriptions before the test.
Can a Benedictine University student be seen without an appointment?
Yes. Both Westmont, IL clinics take walk-ins seven days a week, and students 18 or older can check in on their own. Bring a photo ID, the form you need signed and an insurance card if you have one. You can also book the Cass Ave clinic online.
Does a Lisle CUSD 202 athlete need anything about concussions besides the physical?
The district's health page links a student athlete concussion manual, so ask the athletic office what it requires. At the physical, tell the clinician about every past head injury. The AAP says an athlete with a known or possible concussion should not return to sports until a health professional clears them.
